Aid to Ukraine
Since 2022 the Rev. Paul Richards has been collaborating with an international church organization, and local churches, to support medical care in Ukraine.
Richards is a member of the Military and Hospitaller Order of St. Lazarus of Jerusalem, an ecumenical chivalric order that provides humanitarian aid. Next month he will deliver vital medical supplies to volunteer paramedics in Kyiv. Those supplies include bandage and suture kits, and even frozen plasma.
While in Kyiv he will also get a chance to minister to the local Church of England congregation which, due to the war, no longer has a priest.
